Buttercup Family Medicinal Plants (Presentation Series)

Join Charles Kane for an evening presentation on the medicinal importance of the Buttercup family.

Encompassing many therapeutic species, members have a number of interesting effects on the circulatory, nervous, and glandular systems. Some better-known plants that will be discussed are Pulsatilla, Desert anemone, Black cohosh, Baneberry, and Coptis. Accompanying Charles’ presentation will be a visually-compelling projection photo-show.

When: Thursday, September 5th. 7:00pm-8:00pm. Doors open at 6:30pm; presentation starts at 7:00pm.
